Since we are owners of our own buildings, we know what to look for in a good vendor and know how we would want our property managed. Once a week, we take the initiative to walk all the properties of which we are responsible. This puts boots on the ground to verify progress on your projects and to confirm they are completed both timely and properly. We also look for potential new problems during these inspections to catch challenges early on, and minimize potential costs and negative impacts.
Individual units are walked yearly. If there is a problem, our tenants are encouraged to call us on our 24/7 service line, and an on-duty qualified C4 contractor will be assigned to fix the problem.
